Terms & Conditions
- PC
and notebook orders placed and not collected within 7 days will be
cancelled. A handling fee of R300.00 will be charged for all PC and
Notebook cancellations.
- Faulty equipment is to be returned to Dex Computers Pretoria Only!
- Rejection of quotation for repair will be charged at R150.00
- Component orders places and not collected within 5 days will be cancelled.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All products stay will stay the property of Dex Computers until fully paid for.
- All transactions are cash or EFT only. Proof of payment is required when payment has been made by EFT.
WARRANTY
- All Media and Consumables do not carry any warranty.
- All
products carry a 12-month warranty,unless specified otherwise. The
warranty period is only calculated from original date of purchase.
- Notebook & UPS batteries only carry a 3 month warranty.
- Items
that can be repaired will not be swapped out, this will include all
monitors, PSU's, cases, speakers, scanners, UPS's, CD-Roms, DVD’s,
CD-RW’s and stiffy drives.
The following will result in the warranty being void :
Any physical Damage on the product
Any burn marks on the product
Missing serial number or any other original labels
If the items have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way.
If the items have been mishandled, struck by lightning or experienced a power surge.
- If
any item is defective and returned within 48 hours of purchase, it will
be replaced after being tested and found to be faulty.
- Should
your machine be booked in for repair, please ensure that your hard disk
is backed up before sending your machine in to Dex Computers. Dex
Computers will not be held liable for any kind of data loss
what-so-ever.
- Any repair time given by Dex Computers is merely an estimate and Dex Computers will not be bound by it.
- All
Samsung, HP, Epson and Lexmark printers / monitors will only be
accepted by Dex Computers for warranty purpose within the first 7 days
from date of invoice. Thereafter, the products must be taken to the
relevant service centres for all after-sales support.
